Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
New Jersey election law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name and address of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
By law, contributions from banks, insurance companies, public utilities, cable television corporations, as well casino/casino employees are prohibited. In addition, federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals.
An individual may contribute up to $5,800 for the Primary Election. Joint account holders may make a joint contribution of up to $11,600 for the Primary Election.
